Claude Monet brought to vibrant life numerous painting thanks to a little bright red flower called the poppy. In fact, once he started painting poppies , it became a recurrent theme for the rest of his life.Today, after almost having been driven extinct, poppies have made a comeback proleferating and laying siege to wheat field, or watching progress speeding by alongside highways, or from new stronghold in the suburbs. Poppies is a passionnate story of men and nature.
